Some Of The Coffee Alternative

When one is thinking of a morning drink, or a drink that can maintain chills while doing other things thoughts of coffee drink come into mind, however coffee alternative drinks are also available some are ;tea, blended smooth nuts, licorice tea , wheat grass juice, Ginseng tea, mushroom tea and carob tea.

One common used a drink after tea is green tea which is made from leaves grinned after drying thus made to be in powder form. The drink can be made sweeter by adding chemicals or sugar; its advantageous when no chemicals are used because it helps regulate body and blood pressure.

Nutty drinks like blended drinks are rich in fiber and vitamins and other nutrients like keratin that is helpful in nourishing hair, nails and for body building as its part of protein nutrients. Blended nuts are being added in food supplements for athletes to ensure the nutrients help them get to their maximum athletic potential like people who do weights.

In Malaysia Licorice tea is a drink alternative that is becoming popular and more used. It has some recipe in them that make nice scents; the taste is one of a kind and also has medical benefits, these tea helps maintaining constant use of body hormones.

In New-Zealand and Canada wheat grass at its young stage is used to blend juice that boosts vitamins in blood system. Being soft tasting in nature and of slow viscous, making one to enjoy sweet feeling as it flows down to be digested. Having a sweet taste makes it to be used in adding flavor to supplement pills and drinks,

Siberian people are famous for making Siberian tea which they prefer to many other drinks. Medics from Siberia say this drink has helped regulate blood pressure and keeps one in a sober state, because of this facts people use it when feeling stressed and they need to relax and before going to their work place. Another benefit is that it propel ones urge to visit a lavatory, due to this patients use it before undergoing traditional medical surgeries, and during events where one does not want to frequently visit toilets,

Mushroom is mainly used in Asian counties like Korea, China and some parts of Hong-Kong; Mushroom tea is mainly prepared in monks temples and many homes, like African tea when there is cold Asians use these drink to try generate heat, even if it has an awful taste to people who are not used it is very helpful health wise as it helps in calming nerves and relaxing muscle tension, not forgetting reliving bone pains.

Chai is an Indian drink made of milk and spices like cinnamon and water, Indians get the milk from their cows after they have taken them from their temples. Coco is another alternative used by Indians, it can be used with milk or water and it will be ready for consumption, though it has some percentage of caffeine, however this does not affect its sweet taste at any given time so long as spices are used in correct amount.
